Wonderful Winter Wonderland...
Ever since I was a young child, I have loved the snow. I would look forward to winter every year in hopes that we would get more snow than the previous year. As I grew older, I realized that the white fluffy stuff can put a damper on every day life, travel, and just make things more difficult to do the day-to-day tasks. But, I am at a point in life where I have learned to slow down and appreciate the beauty of winter. I have been itching to find snow all winter this year, and up until yesterday, it has eluded me. Yesterday, I couldn't take it anymore...so I hopped in my truck and drove to the Smokey Mountains...and they did not disappoint. Here are a few photos from my day trip to finally find the snow!
