MojoGypsy...
I've said it numerous times before...my two passions are photography and music. As a musician and a photographer, it is especially enjoyable when my two passions collide! This particular evening was my first time ever eating at the HardRock Cafe in Myrtle Beach, SC. Never having been to a HRC before, I was curious if it was going to hold up to all the hype it has gained over the years. Not only was I pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food, but the live music was an awesome bonus! This group called MojoGypsy was playing live music that night and I was taken back by how powerful the voice of the lead singer (Krystal) was. The musicianship and the way they engaged with the listeners was natural and enjoyable! Not being contracted to photograph them, but still always having my camera on me, I was compelled to snap some shots of them! The vibe, the voice, and the ambiance just fit so perfectly! If you're ever in the Myrtle Beach area, you need to look this band up and see them live! Well worth it! Here are a few of my favorite images that I took of them.
